Overall newly renovated hotel, good meals.

It is a chilled-out base for skiing, has stunningly beautiful views of the mountains. Perfect central location and professional and excellent staff. And really close to excellent Pizza restaurant, and Ski Cooper. Reasonably large room, tidy, with an excellent bathroom.

perfect for exploring trails and parks during weekend getaways

I spent two nights here and loved how close it was to the Mineral Belt Trail and Huck Finn Park. The in-room amenities like the microwave and fridge were a bonus for my budget-focused approach to travel.

Room was warm, and the staff was super friendly. The sauna was out of order, a bummer after hiking. But those mountain views? Wow! Really made it worth it!
